PJ Phillips is a licensed Realtor® and Accredited Staging® Professional Master™ (ASPM). Specializing in residential properties, her company, PJ’s Staging, provides home staging services to help sellers, as well as real estate agents and builders, to shorten their sales cycle – and get that house sold!

After studying with Barb Schwarz, the creator of the Home Staging movement and author of Home Staging: The Winning Way to Sell your House for More Money, PJ was chosen to be a part of a Staged Homes team, along with Barb, to stage a home for a featured story on the "Weekend Today Show" with Lester Holt. PJ has facilitated staging seminars for the Association of Realtors. Additionally, her company was selected to stage a newly constructed home for a builder who participated in the Home Builders Association in the 2007 “Parade of Homes.” 

Formerly, PJ served as the Retail Director in charge of the development of four new stores for the Radisson Plaza Hotel. With expertise in retail space design, merchandise selection, display and buying, she worked directly with architects and consultants to create each store’s theme, lighting, color, materials and merchandise display. Several of the stores won national awards for excellence and were featured in retail design publications.

PJ has received the nationally recognized GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations, and is a member of the International Association of Staging Professionals (IAHSP). She is also a member of the greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Council of Residential Specialists.
